It occured to me on my latest playthrough. Why, on Horizon, are we using the GARDIAN defense laser system on the Collector Ship again? I'm pretty sure that's rather counterproductive to the 'save all the colonists' mentality Shepard has, when you're attempting to destroy the ship where half the colony is already loaded onto.
So yeah, I don't really understand the logic of firing at the Collector ship when doing so would kill every Horizon colonist loaded on there plus numerous others from other colonies.
Wait... why are were we shooting the Collector ship again?

After successfully commandeering the GARDIAN defense system, it was imperative that I disabled the collector ship as quickly as possible by weakening it. I was also simultaneously scanning for the location of Delan the mechanic, as disabling him was also necessary.Cascadus wrote...
