2:Widow= made my Infiltrator a god.
3: Vindicator= Good overall assault rifle for shepard and allies
4:Gernade Launcher= got me through my first run very well.
5: Carmfix= helps on armored guys
6: Mantis= good starting sniper rifle
7: Shuirkin= accurate smg that doesnt waste ammo.
8: Missle Launcher= good for Human Reaper and other bosses
9: Collector Beam= Although I have to stay on a guy it helps dealing with scions.
10: Flamethrower= excellent in cqc. also helped me in archangels mission. I took out the blood pack leader with this while he was being a idiot just walking upstairs.

1. Eviscerator Shotgun (As a Vanguard, the Eviscerator is virtually a god-send. Can't say no to it.)

2. Widow Anti-Material Rifle (Uh... it's called the Widow. It ends people.

3. Collector Assault Rifle (While it's not much for looks, which the Vindicator wins in that regard, it's definitely the best assault rifle in the game)

4. Carnifex Handcannon (The thing is probably one of the most actively used guns in my arsenal. There's just no way to pass it up, especially fully upgraded, where the thing absolutely violates Scions with it's random critical damage bonus.



Worst weapons are as follows, least worst to awful.



4. M-320 Cain (I'm sorry, but the gun is pretty much useless. It`s fun, but it`s so ridiculously situational there`s virtually no point in using it.)

3. Katana Shotgun (It's universally regarded that the Katana is useful only for Freedom's Progress, and that's because your stuck with it. The Eviscerator is quite literally superior in every regard.)

2. M-3 Avenger (It's the worst assault rifle in the game, it's pathetically inaccurate, pathetically incapable of dealing damage and overall a terrible weapon)

1. ML-77 Missile Launcher (It's a shame the best looking non-DLC HW in the game ends up being the worst HW in the game. Fire and forget my ass, the missile seems to go out of it's way to not hit what you intend)

1. Vindicator Assault Rifle - Sure it may run out of ammo soon, but it packs a hell of a punch and with Adrenaline Rush, it's even deadlier. Just don't suck at aiming.

2. Widow Sniper Rifle - I am a huge fan of 1-shot sniper kills. The widow just seems to do it the best. Viper Sniper Rifles just bore me. Takes too many shots to kill things. I prefer 1-shot

3. Eviscrator Shotgun (I know I didn't spell that right) - I LOVE going to do the Reaper IFF on Insanity with just a shotgun, going into Adrenaline Rush, and slow-motion slaughtering husks. It is just so satisfying!!!

4. Hand Cannon Pistol - Great last resort. Very reliable in tight situations with very minimal enemies.

i also like the tempest but i mostly play as soldier, and the widow is too awesome to leave out.

I'd like this to be true, simply because I actually prefer the looks of the Collector Rifle.  But the truth is that the Vindictor actually dishes out 50% more DPS than the Collector Rifle, and it's more accurate.

My favourites:

1. Eviscerator, I love the feel of this thing and using it right can be very rewarding.

2. Arc Projector, the only HW that I can use frequently without feeling guilty.  It tears up mobs even on insanity.

3. Revenant, I chose this even though it makes the game laughably easy (yes, even playing on insanity)

4. Widow, BAM.
