Bonus power certainly makes the game easier, but i still think that some classes (like vanguard) is better of without, yes even without reave, though i agree that it is op. Infiltrator imo is probably the class that benefit the most, since he got nothing vs barriers neither does he have a ammo power that does heavy damage. With heavy power classes, i prefer maxing out their own powers, with soldiers i guess extra powers is nice if you don't want squad cryo ammo.
Does any class need a bonus power? (From a power gaming perspective)

The +15% damage isn't just for increasing Warp/Overload damage.
Its also useful in increasing my weapon damage since I took AP ammo.
Raider + Power Armor + Blood Dragon Armor = Tungsten gives +101% bonus damage against armor and health
Would've done the run faster if I took Warp Ammo, though. I took AP ammo because I wanted to rip off Harbinger's Barriers with Reave + double warp before I fired, but it didn't turn out the way I planned. I ended up shooting at its barriers just as much as its armor.
