What's that planet you find a giant pyramid looking thing. When you attempt to interact with it you get a message telling you that is unlikely you will ever uncover its secrets (or something of the like). Anyone remember where this guy was?

It sounds like the planet you are looking for is Eletania in the Hercules system in the Attican Beta Cluster. The reason it gives you that message is because you did not fulfill the requirements to activate that particular structure.   Eletania is the planet with the monkey-like creatures.

Hint. The requirements are located on the Citadel.

Thank you! It was one of the first planets I came through, and foolishly I thought I'd just remember where it was and one day return, soon I learned the game was way too big and was eventually lost from memory. I'm going there RIGHT NOW!

Just make sure you successfully complete the Asari Consort quest before you go there.
