I just recently moved out of my old apartment and got a brand spankin' new plasma screen TV as a gift to myself. Now the previous television I had was a sack of crap and only played games in bad, mono quality--this new one is top notch and has great stereo sound capabilities.
However, with this new T.V., I've noticed a strange effect in Mass Effect 2 that's really bothering me: almost ALL voices in the game ECHO, or have a very harsh echo-effect that makes it difficult to hear what they're saying. Jacob, Grunt, Garrus, Miranda, and the Illusive Man have it bad, but it's NOT just a sound problem on my end, because there are a few ties when voices come in perfectly clear (the crewmember's banter by the Normandy Chef/Janitor is always clear).
I was wondering, is there any way to turn off this ridiculous echo-ey voice effect? Or do I have to live with it?
