Possibly a replacement for Oghren if you kicked him out of your party in Origins? Secret companion to replace someone? Or does he just join the party making it a total of 7 party members? Also I am assuming he is that bald guy we see in the warden's party in some of the trailers.

Well, I guess if Justice is a secret, he's a poorly kept secret. My guess is he's the 2nd warrior for everyone groaning about having to carry over Oghren from the previous game. 

By my count, that's 6 + Oghren. And yes, we know the Penny Arcade guy is Nathaniel Howe, the shadow rogue who will be joining our party (but maybe only *after* we have a zevran-style tussle with him first, since he doesn't seem happy about what happened to the Howes; and yes I foresee some *veddy interesting* dialogue between him and a HN Warden.) 

The two mages, Anders & Velanna. The two warriors, Mhairi & Justice. The two rogues, Sigrun & Nathaniel. 

And Oghren. = 7. 

Interesting how they've gender balanced in each category, there's a male & female option in all three cases. 

This dashes my hope of there being anything "special" (i.e. nonhuman, like Dog/Shale) ... unless it comes along as additional DlC or is "secret".

Anyone remember the whole fiasco with the Prima guide website before DA:O's launch?
I get the feeling that BioWare are going to ask Prima to edit that page, at least until they've officially announced eveyone/thing. And I'm guessing they'll do it pretty damn soon now that we've seen that.

Personally, for awhile I wanted a Chasind Companion, since I'm a sucker for Barbarian types, and the Spirit Warrior could fit a shaman mind-set. Alternatively, Justice might just be Wynne's long lost son, since both characters bonded with Fade Spirits(maybe the same one?). In all likelyhood however, Justice will probably turn out to be Orlesian.

You know, Freedom Force had two superheroes named Law & Order.



Now we can recruit a companion named Justice.



I like the idea of naming your NPCs after abstract concepts.



In the future, I'd like to see a companion named Schadenfraude.



BTW, my guess at this point is Mhairi teaches Guardian and Justice teaches Spirit Warrior. (Or if they don't teach it they at least have it.)



But we'll find out.

Most correct apart from the rogue's, in the demo on Friday they mentioned Sigrun as Shadow spec.

No he's right, she's a legion. scout, it was clearly shown. They mention that LS is a spec designed for rogues to have more warrior-like consiitution.

For the Utha issue, the Arcitect has the power to rapidly increase the effects of the Taint in others and as a result of the very rapid acceleration you end up being a Darkspawn with your full intelligence and free will unlike the normal hivemind darkspawn. It will probably be Arcitect, Utha, Disciples (Their converts) in that order of chain of command.

If you add Justice and Nathaniel to the world update list that makes 7 and one slot is still open. I imagine No.8 is the secret character who you can choose to kill or take and lose someone.

Understandable could be anyone from The Archetict to The King/Queen

Justice is the name of one of our companions now? LOL JUSTICE FOR ALL! I do hope that he is some kind of spirit. Some guy named Justice just wouldn't do justice.
