I speak with Levi in the party camp and he says he will put a marker on the map. However, I don't see it.  I have completed the Stone Golem quest.  I posting this here first as opposed to technical just to see if I'm doing something wrong.  I thought maybe soldier's peak will show up after I visit more locations.  (Yes, I do own the content and it's installed)  Otherwise, I guess it is a bug.

I'd appreciate your help.

Hmmm....I don't see it so I guess there is something wrong. Did anyone else have this issue or resolve it?

1. Try quitting the game and then loading a save. If that doesn't work, then...
2. Assuming you're on PC, go to the third tab (all the way right) in the DLC menu (outside of game) and make sure that the content has a check mark underneath it and says "enabled".
3. If it isn't showing up in the third tab, it may have gotten through downloading and installation, but not extraction. Try wiping it from your comp and downloading it again (not paying for it again, just going into the DLC area and getting it to download fresh). It's attached to your account, so that won't cause you to lose access to what you've purchased. In the second tab, the file MUST go from downloading to installing to extracting, and then disappear from that tab and move into the third tab.

If you still have trouble after trying those things, message me.

***Also, if you purchased the content and then quit before playing it, make sure that you logged back in. You may have been logged out of the servers, in which case the game would think that you were some rando rather than the person who purcased the DLC (hence not showing it on the map).

it will be a more yellowish color than the other locations on your map. Standard area are white & dlc areas are yellow. Beyond that, if you don't see it at all try msbouviers suggestion or check the tech support forum maybe.

Msbouvier. . .I tried to send you a message but the Message link doesn't seem to work. In my case, the Warden's Keep DLC shows up under third tab as Enabled. However when I talk to the NPC in camp he says he is marking the spot on my map and it still doesn't show up. I thought I would take your suggestion regarding it not showing up as Enabled and try to redownload it. When I remove the folder from My Documents>Bioware>Add-Ins, it no longer shows as Enabled and does show as available. How do I get it to redownload? If I click buy it tells me I already own it, but how exactly do you get it to download again?

Blast, I downloaded the DLC, installed it, talked to the NPC, saw the mark on the map, left the quest for later, now the marking on the map is gone. Guess it happened in a similar matter to the "vanishing armor". Now I wonder how to regain that map marker . . .

Same problem here. I spoke to the NPC, the quest is in my journal, the mark on my map used to be there... and suddenly it's gone!

All my DLCs are enabled too.

see Kepha's DLC Guide

Quote:
"Red Alert! You have been hit by the Disappearing DLC Glitch. The game got confused, decided you no longer had the rights to the DLC and stripped it from you. This can have dramatic effects on your game, leaving the DLC in a half reset state, and just in general screwing it up. It may even appear that older saves are corrupt as the game will remove the DLC upon loading until you resolve the rights issue.

Any saves made after the DLC is stripped are bad. The only possible way to recover them is to use the developers console.

No known cause, though it may be related to the game losing connection with the server while you’re playing. If you have ongoing problems with this it might be best to play logged out.

What to do:

* Immediately exit the game completely.
* Restart
* From the Main Menu go to Downloadable Content, Installed Content Tab and make sure all your DLC is authorized.

At this point you should be back into a good state with regards to the game recognizing your DLC, but you now have to figure out how to go forward.

Go back through your saves looking for the last good one made before the DLC was removed. Clues that it is good include:
DLC Items are equipped/in inventory (chest contents are not a good indicator).
Warden's Keep and Shale related quests accurately reflect their state in the journal.
Soldier's Peak and/or Honnleath are on the World Map if you've already unlocked them.
Speaking to Shale gets you normal conversation.
If that’s not too far back, Congratulations! Load it up and keep playing from there."

Same thing for me. Now I have to create a new game to play some DLC I paid for? Nice work, EA. Your content was truly worth its price, especially when it simply refuses to work correctly.

what worked for me was :

Save the game,

Disable the DLC - wardens keep

Resume game

force load

Save again

Enable DLC again

Load game again

Voila and levi is back !
