I haven't heard anything about that, but maybe somebody else does?
However, there is written something on the back of my DA:O box (standard edition, PAL version Sweden/Europe) regarding the codes that are included. Here's what it says:
FREE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT INSIDE:
The Stone Prisoner unlockable bonus quest and unlockable character, Shale*
Downloadable Blood Dragon Armour for both Dragon Age: Origins and the upcoming Mass Effect 2
* One time use code available with full retail purchase. Expires April 30, 2010.
I wouldn't be surprised if that goes for the BDA as well, but technically there is no asterisk after the BDA code. ../../../images/forum/emoticons/sideways.png
And this is just for the codes from what I've can read out of this. So if you're already redeemed the code, it shouldn't be a problem. Of course one day I'm sure they'll stop supporting these dlc:s. Or perhaps they make them free eventually? Who knows?

Well I already used it for DAO, so I guess I should be fine?

I think so. And give me a minute to clear up what went horribly wrong with my previous post.
If you use it for DA:O, then the code is already redeemed and tied you your current account. You can check out your registered game promotions and it should show you that you are already eligible to download BDA for ME2, for both pc and Xbox 360.
