I didn't care for your mother or father. Annoying ***** and a man with a screwed up face.
Huh, I could have sworn the topic was 'What do you find most moving', not 'Tell me what you find most moving so I can tell you why that sucks.' See, If I'd known that was the topic, I wouldn't have responded.

Also, not technically dialogue but the epilogues of Oghren and Sten in the US ending were really emotional as well.

And of course Morrigan's Friendship/Love speech. She has a quite character. I admire the characterization of these 2 companions. They can totally change when they want to but its up to you to work on it and make it happen.

Loghain's talk in camp about how much he loves his daughter [if you take him].
Loghain's angry speech about the Bannorn sitting on their lazy butts while he has shed blood.
Loghain's acceptance of a death sentence.
Loghain's speech about how it is harder to send others to do the dying and have to watch it, rather than sacrifice oneself. Also, his speech about redemption and allowing him to do "this one thing, right."
Alister's speech over your dead body if you do the US.

Almost all of his conversations are epic and moving. Even when he told me how he met Maric and talking about him , I felt a big regret '' Why did I execute him at first ? '' if only Alistair can bare him being a Grey Warden, Alistair-Loghain could have done great banters maybe even understand eachother since Loghain knows Alistair's identity as Maric's son.

The dialogue with the Cousland parents before you leave them to their fate. Quite heartrending....not to mention guilt-producing.Lady Jess wrote...
Alistair's kiss before battle...sigh
I've never had this happen. What triggers it?
After you clear the gates and select your party to enter the city. When it's his turn to speak, I chose just "I love you" and he says "I love you too...always" then kissed her. Though I am using a mod that fixes some Alistair dialog glitches (such as him speaking as if he's king when he isn't, and that broken kiss when he asks to spend the night with you), and I *think* that was one of the incuded glitches it fixed.
The mod is here

Loghain might be the most Deep companion between all of them. He done many mistakes along the story but now he tells you why and his real feelings about the events.

IMO he and Zevran are the best written characters in the game.
Loghain is a man betrayed. When I first took him as a companion I did it out of the idea that Morrigan's agenda was completely untrustworthy and why should Alister or my character die when he could be scapegoated?
Then I talked to him. I had a total change of heart. This man suffered in ways nobody should. He's complex beyond complex. He isn't evil--he's been betrayed by the very people he saved from the Orlesians less than 30 years ago. He knew Ostagar was lost, he loved his daughter even though she sold him out to the Bannorn [now Anora--HER I would have loved the option to slay]
Almost every conversation with the man made me weep. Literally. He's exhausted from holding a country of feuding nobles together, he's realized that the blight is real, he never knew why the Grey Wardens were needed [in fact neither does the main character] and he truly does blame them for convincing Cailan to play hero.
It's when you take Loghain as a Warden that you get to see two things that make the story line so deep. One is the childishness of Alister [at that point I truly regretted putting this manchild on the throne, Loghain was right--the Bannorn would chew him up and spit him out] and how much he loved his men in battle and hated losing so many at Ostagar due to Cailin's childish heroics.
Loghain is the typical "self made man" patriot dealing with a kingdom of self-serving Bannorn and even they have grudging respect for him.
He convinced ME that he should be allowed to slay the archdemon--I opted for him to be allowed to sacrifice. If Zevran, Liliana, mages, werewolves and assorted other characters have the right to redemption--why shouldn't Loghain?

He names it different if he hates you but dont talk to him incase he leaves and then do the ultimate sacrifice. He names it something else ( cant remember what ) and he holds it and laughs.Forteg wrote...
I heard a lot of moving dialogue in the game really but one that moved me was when i made a female dwarven noble and made the sacrifice - in the epilogue bit at the end it read something along the lines of 'When Oghren and Felsi had their first daughter, he named her Sereda as it reminded him of the one that changed his life forever and Oghren held his daughter in his arms and wept'
i found that really sweet especially for Oghren too

I'm quite fond of Loghain's "WE MUST NOT BE DIVIDED NOW! STAND WITH ME!" speech at the end of the Landsmeet. I may be his opponent and I may have just slaughters his reputation just prior, but I always get chills when hearing that little conclusion.
