Would you?
Would you still chose Garrus if you get a 2nd Turrian Squadmate?

Garrus is interesting not because he's a Turian, but because he's Garrus. So yeah, I still would.

Depends on the 2nd Turian personality or abilities.

Of course I would. It's those metaphors he keeps delivering.

Well, will the new guy still have AR (short/med range) + sniper (long range) + strong health + good additional powers? This is what make Garrus a regular teammate pick for me.
Storywise, if i had to leave the entire group behind and appoint a leader? Yes Garrus will be the one. He's shown he'll back your decisions and he is competent. Basically he's Shepard lite w/o Unity

IF female yes..., male depend on class and ability
And on the side note did anybody noticed that in entire ME Universe only two species Humanity and Quarians are showing whit representatives of both genders in "large quantity" so to speak.
Turian, Elcor,Hanar, Salarian and Krogan females remain so far in borders of "Ah yes..." claims. Asari are not consider in this "story" from obvious reasons.

I've never used Garrus, so unless this new Turian was actually interesting I probably wouldn't use them either

Only if it is the Turian councilor...so I could get the "throw out the airlock" renegade interrupt.

What? Replace Garrus? Madness.
He's got too much backstory to ditch now. I might replace him in one playthrough just to see if the new turian was even half as cool as Garrus, but even that would feel wrong, somehow. Garrus has my Shepards' backs.

If the new turian is a flexible female who hates doing calibrations, I'll think about it.

Hell yeah. Garrus is space-Batman, and my second favourite character after Mordin.
In fact, I wouldn't even want a second turian squaddie unless Garrus was there too. There could be some fun exchanges involved.

Your avatar looks disturbingly like John Sheppard.
In fact, I'm going to start a new ME game and see if I can get a character looking just like John Sheppard.

I would choose Garrus. I don't care if the other Turian is a powerful biotic or anything rare in Turian society I would still pick Garrus. Why not have both though? We only have more than one human and only one of the other species. I'd like that to change.
