So I was looking over possible romance outcomes yesterday fearing I had accidently set one off with Zevran (I had planned on Morrigan). Looking at an faq for Zevran I ran accross this little tid bit:
"The Pearl in Denerim offers you a shot at a three-some with Isabela. You can even get Leliana to join in if she loves you and is hardened for a four-some."
That sounded interesting enough to attempt, so I set out getting Leliana to love me (+100) (Shes actually to the point where, with a few more lines of dialogue, I could head to her tent). Went to The Pearl with Zevran and Leliana in my party, flirted with Isabela and then Leliana almost bit my head off.
I'm guessing I haven't hardened her for the event yet. If so, how do I go about it?

Have you finished her personal quest?
Finish her personal quest and tell her that it is allright to enjoy killing people. Once you've done that, she is hardened.

The foursome doesn't result in a cut-scene though. Just so as you know.

Just so you know, you don't have to be in a romance with Zevran for the threesome with him and Isabela nor the foursome with Zevran, Isabela, and Leliana, though of course you can be. It doesn't trigger the romance either (has no effect at all). It DOES lead to some funny dialog, though.

Yes, I had finished her personal quest, but I didn't tell her its okay to enjoy killing. Am I to late? ( I might have a save prior to that, but I'm not sure. I think I saved before heading to Denerim in case I messed something up)

Yes, you have to convince her that she's a bard, a spy, in order to harden her and have her be open to the threesome.
