I wanted to give a second run through the game a shot - so I decided to add some DLC.
After failing to buy points with my CC, I ended up getting the points with paypal. I then 'bought' Wardens Keep. Wardens keep moved from available content, over to dowloading content.
OK, fine. But the % never moved. So I restarted the game.
Now Wardens keep is back over in available content and nothing is in downloading. Huh?
Points say zero as well.
So back over to the web page I go and I look up my buying history. sure enough, there it is. I bought 560 points, I used 560 points.
Check my email, yep there it is. Confirmation.
I go back to the game, and have been doing so for awhile now, and still the same. No points, no wardens keep, everything as if nothing happened.
After the failure to take my CC, I'm really pretty ticked off.
So what gives?

As long as Warden's Keep shows up on your http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page, what you have is a technical problem.

How about when you have like Shale code, bought content as Chad and getting the Flash game items and installed 1.01b and then 1.02a with no success at downloading them?

Without more details about all I can say is look at the answer I gave above. I did see that you had a post a few days ago in the DA PC Tech Forum, and I replied to that with some general help, but if you are still having problems reply to that thread with more information..

So I found the chat help. Sat through 45 minutes in Q to get a chance to talk to 'rick'.
No joy. He wasn't able to do anything. So he told me that he would take it up a level and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Actually, that it would be resolved AND that I would be contacted.
Neither of course have happened.
My problem now is that I can't find the chat location/button again. Could someone help me out? I feel the need to throw away another hour of my life.
