I purchased the points and tried to download Warden's Keep; But I have installed the patch and this is apparently preventing the download, since the download seems to require v1.0. What's Up?

This is really the wrong forum. The Dragon Age PC Technical Support forum is over here: http://social.biowar...tegory/58/index
Likely you have some other problem preventing installation, the version number is usually a red herring. Try some of the following to see if that works:
* Go into the Configuration Utility and go to Repair and click Clear Download Cache.
* Delete the manifest.xml from My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings
* Make sure the physical location of your My Documents directory is on the C: drive
* Set Windows Region and Language Settings to English (United States)
* Delete the addins.xml file from My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings, this will force all your DLC to re-download, so its sort of a last resort.
If all else fails there are links to manually download and install the DLC in the PC Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ. Even if that doesn't work, manual install will often give better error messages that help figure out what the problem might be.
