I'll try to do the best I can, but please keep in mind that I am not English, my grammar will not be perfect, but give my story a chance if you will.
Feel free not to read it if you do not like simple stories.


As the Blight spreads across Ferelden, every citizen of the Village of Haven desperately tries to escape the terror by moving North, abandoning the problems that only a small amount of people must face.
Everyone cowars in fear, everyone but a small family in a cabin west of town.
The family does not care much about what happens to other people, let alone care about what happens to Ferelden, yet they do not take kindly to people posing a threat to the village.

Youngest of the family is Darren, a 24 year old man who hasn't had much experience when it comes to fighting, very loyal to his family and kind to strangers, unlike his other siblings.
Darren has two brothers; Caul and Nandir, two adventurous male twins that, unlike Darren, know their way around with weapons, they're five years older than Darren, but they respect him.
Their father, Bhandon, a 72 year old man, he is much like Caul and Nandir, but he does not know the first thing when it comes to fighting, or so he says.
Their mother abandoned them at Darren's 15th birthday, for she was being hunted by the Millitary order of the Chantry, the Templars.
She was accused of attacking a Chantry guard by the use of blood magic, which lead to her fleeing North, leaving nothing but a note on Darren's bed saying ''Cadia Shosae.. eil thasaerdaer tia myl.''.

Darren did not know what this meant, nor did he know what language this was, but most of all, he did not know why she left.
Bhandon told his sons that their mother died an honorable death while defending Lothering from the Darkspawn invasion, but Darren was never sure to believe what his father has told him.
That day, Darren sworn to himself that he would find his mother someday. no matter what.
