Greetings,

I just used the "Redeem Code" that came with my copy of Dragon Age. I managed to get the "Blood Dragon Armour" without any problems. However after entering the code for "The Stone Prisoner" the content disappears from my "downloadable content list". 

After the entering of Redeem Codes the list now only shows "Blood Dragon Armour" as downloaded and "Wardens Keep" as purchasable. Where did "The Stone Prisoner" go? I know I have not managed to download it properly because when I got to start the quest line I am directed to the purchase screen.

I have registered my game here on the SocialNetwork, and I can see that both "Redeem Codes" are shown on my "Registered game promotions". Where then is it? 

Could anyone help to solve this? Or direct me to someone that I can contact to get help with this?

Same here, I tried to input the "Redeem Code" that came with DA:O, but it says that it is already used/is invalid.

Getting the Blood Dragon Armor worked just fine.

Any clue what is wrong?

I contacted EA tech support but don't expect them to answer anytime soon.



In one of the other threads somebody said something about DLC taking a few days to show up on the PS3, so the problem might solve itself, if it did for anyone please let us know

exactlythe same prob here!!!!!!!!!!!! perhaps all codes with " the stone prisoner " download have errors !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i really WANT SHALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he/she ( i think its a she) looks so strong and powerfull.

i think we all are gonna need to buy it from PSN sadly!!!!!!!!!!!! my code expires in 30 april, 2010....when my code expires, im gonna buy it from PSN.....jeez... i really love dragon age!!!

If BioWare refuse to resolve this I won't buy it on principal. Or any other DLC. DA is a great game but not responding to issues like this is bad policy.

The download expires in March porject Ten Dollar is a good thing but they should also help people who bought the game new. The Stone Prisoner DLC is apart of Project Ten Dollar to combat preowned games, in a way its a good idea and gives the new buyer more

I asked this on EA support live chat and they told me that there's something wrong with my saved games and I need to delete them. But thanks to someone DA:O savegame files are copy protected so I can't backup them first and delete then. I have played over 50 hours now so I ain't gonna just delete all that.



One strange thing is that I tried to install dlc before I started playing, so at the time there was no saved games.

check your download history on the PSN store and see if it has appeared there. If so download it from the store as normal.



If its not there than its down to EA/boiware to sort out.

Being able to Redeem your Code has nothing to do with a Saved Game. Stop listening to the stupid chatbot from India. EA needs to provide you with another code or read the small letters of the bottom of the card and see if it expires.

Stone Prisoner dlc won't work for me too. I managed to download Blood Dragon Armor and Lucky Stone absolutely fine, but Stone Prisoner just disappeared and haven't re-appeared since tuesday last week. I'm certain that if this ain't solved, then I won't buy any Dragon Age related products ever. It's just bad policy to give free code for dlc when you buy new retail copy of game, only to figure out afterwards it did nothing and was just a piece of paper worth 15 euro.

Also on my registered game promotions menu it's correctly shown that I've registered Stone Prisoner for PS3 like many others have said earlier.

Same problem here. Game registered and stone prisoner redeem code activated. This pages In "Your registered game promotions" -section shows that i own it. In game download section not found stone prisoner and from PSN you have to pay what you all ready own. Need support, please...

Exactly the same problems as the two above, I've searched and searched on various forums about this, but still no official forum response to any of this .. I adore BioWare for the games they create, but I must say the service we're currently receiving is worse than anything I could have imagined. With the ammount of forum posts about this problem, there's at least 3 just on the first page on these forums, and several more posts about this on other forums, and still no one has responded.

I sincerly hope this will be fixed soon as I'd rather not have to hold a grudge against BioWare for this.

Just for the record this has happened to me to. EA technical support are apprently looking into it but I have heard nothing that makes me believe it will get fixed. I think they are hoping we will all go away.

I was offered a coupon for 20% off the EA online store, but since I dont play PC games its not much use since there seems to be no ps3 stuff on there.
