I'v had the same problem for about 3 to 4 weeks now the only place i can find it is in the psn store but i'm not going to pay £12 for somthing i already own.

if you decide to buy your doing what they want you to give up or giving them a reason not to fix the problem

I tried to do mine yesterday and I put in the Shale code and it kept coming up as invalid, but first time I put in the Blood Dragon Armour it worked fine and I have it!!! Gutted really want Shale...

Just got my copy today. Same thing happened to me. What a pain. I can't believe they haven't fixed it yet. My code is valid until the end of April.



And it can't be to do with saved games. I tried to redeem my code before I'd even created my character.

And I am so NOT going to pay for something I'm supposed to get for free. I just downloaded the blood armour thingy alright. But the stone prisoner still isn't appearing. These are bad times. I hope they sort this problem out soon lol

And another one, exactly the same as all you guys, as a long time fan of Bioware games and having recently completed Mass Effect 2 on my Xbox I feel rather let down and disappointed in the shoddy quality of this one, and EA's customer services aren't to hot either

Same thing here. I can find stone prisoner from PS Store (I have redeemed code, but it still says that I must pay 14,95€) but not from "downloadable content" section in the game.



I already sent e-mail to EA, but haven't get answer yet.



I think it's best if everybody who have this problem contact to bioware or EA. So then there is little possibility that they fix this problem...

I've contacted them many times, because of this problem and I've always provided answers they've wanted. Still I haven't seen or heard anything from them this week. This kind of "support" sucks big time! I'm starting to believe that this ain't going to get fixed, because they're too busy cashing in on Awakening expansion which irocinally is shown in downloadable content tab. Bioware/EA if you're reading this thread, trust me when I say this. Screw me once and I'll remember it always by boycotting every title you'll ever release!

So the problem is widespread? I thought it may just have been me and ended up posting on the EA forums because their tech support was harder to get ahold of then a needle in a haystack. Here's my post there:

Posting here as a last resort because I could not find a relevant 'question' in tech support, when I tried to chat live I was waiting the better part of the hour only to recieve a message that I was declined or some crap and then I tried to send an email instead and got a message telling me that the page had expired, click back and resubmit, a process that once again landed me the same message.

Here's my problem:

I purchased Dragon Age Origins (standard edition) from a store earlier today, factory sealed. I tried to use the codes that came with the game and though the Blood Dragon Armour worked perfectly, the Stone Prisoner comes up as an invalid code when I try to redeem it. The first time I tried the loading wheel kept going for about ten minutes before freezing (contacting server loading), I had to restart my PS3 and now I just get the invalid code response.

I looked at my profile page and it stated that I own the the Stone Prisoner for PS3, but I have absolutely no way of downloading it to my PS3 that I can see. Any chance it's fixable or I can get a working replacement code?

Having the same problems here. Just recently bought the game on PS3 (hoping for a better visual experience than on the x360) redeemed the code here and not able to find the stone prisoner in the downloadable content menu within the game (the blood dragon armour I had no issues, its in the menu and downloadable). Frustrating should've kept my x360 version as I had no issues with the DLC.

Personally, I am curious .. Does anyone know whether anyone has even been able to aquire The Stone Prisoner for the PS3 through a Redeemed code? Seeing as I constantly see more and more people joining this 'fan-club', it makes me wonder how many there actually are out there, and if we all have been screwed over or if it's just some of us that have..

I have the collectors edition and RTO and no issues at all with any off it.

My guess is it's a more recent thing, couldn't guess how widespread it is. I bought the game on release for 360, had no problems, my mate bought it for PS3 on release, also no problems, but I bought it for PS3 today and had the problem occur.



Has anyone from Bioware responded to it at all? Seems a bit lame that the perk for buying the game brand new rather than used isn't even usable.

THEY DON'T CARE. They earned how many they wanted, and now they are working on DA:O 2.

I have the same problem. Bought it 2 days ago and tried to install it yeasterday. Blood armor worked fine and so did the 3 collectors edition items. But the stone prisoner just disapeared. Emailed EA but no answer so far.

My brother bought the PS3 collectors edition at launch and all his DLC worked without any problem.
I just wished that they would atleast tell us something. I can wait a week aslong as I know that it will be fixed.

Hi. Many people have the same problem within the french community.

Has anyone tried to clear the download cache of DA:O in the crossbar menu ?

Just an idea that i can't check myself (and PS3 players are sleeping on this side of the ocean )

I'll also add my name to this list. I had exactly the same problem happen to me as most of you, although my code for the Stone Prisoner was accepted the first time i entered it, it just didnt download and has dissapeared from the list and i have no way of downloading it, short of paying AU$25 for it from the PSstore
