By the sounds, we've been wrong to complain to BioWare, thankfully EA have a lovely little forum too, which of course is completly empty, more or less, but if we all are to mass-complain, may as well gather all our 'forces' so EA can hear us.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon if we all just complain enough, which we are entitled to do...

Gemanks, I have updated my ticket with the info here and on the EA forums, but I am still getting no response from them on my ticket at all. I wonder how many people this affects.

The only think I don't get is if its a server issue, how come the Blood Armour works fine?

This is so frustrating and now EA will not even update my case! I will not buy another DLC from them until this is resolved.

Same here, they told me to delete my save data and game data, which i did and it solved nothing.

anyways to reiterate, i redeemed my Stone Prisoner code which come with the game (this is the first DLC i downloaded BTW), and it didnt do anything, they took my redeem code and Stone Prisoner just simply disappear from DLC menu. redeemed my blood dragon armor and it work perfectly. i also purchased and downloaded warden's keep, which i managed to finish (this is before i realized the problem as i thought that my Stone Prisoner is installed). I have also purchased and download return of Ostagar, which i havent played and downloaded other items such as Embri's many pocket and War Mage Amulet. I didnt realized that Stone Prisoner is not unlocked until this weekend when i tried to purchase the control rod from felix and it just forward me to PSN store. i was confused of this and started to look around the forum only to find other people having the same problem.

thanks magpie for pointing out as well as many people on this thread that provide the information. i hope that they will fix this problem now. although, i am still rather skeptical about it.

I also have the same problem, contacted the support nothing, they just stopped answering me now. For almost a week have been completely ignored.



I will not buy any DC content until they have fixed this.

 Is it not possible that these newly shipped games with the DLC included have the Stone prisoner already in the game data and that it simply needs to be unlocked?

I ask this out of innocence having not yet actually created a save game to play Dragon Age however I have typed my redemption code and it removed Stone prison from the Downloadable content list.

If they have gone to enough trouble to re print the sleeves with the content written on the back then perhaps they have included the data in the game?

No, it's not there. If you speak to the guy who gives the quest and accept to do it you are directed to PSN to pay for the DCL.

OT: Just finished the game. Almost 100 hours of quality time. Just too bad that I can't play all that I paid for.

I tried starting the quest in game, just takes you to the PSN store asking for £11.99 when I should get it for free as per the redeemed code....

Add me to the list of victims. Been back and forward a few times with EA support (they fixed my absent Blood Armour code out of the box), but all they can suggest now is deleting data, which I've tried at every step of the way.



Not that it'll help, but I have three questions for y'all, because I get the general feel that the answers for the first two will be NO and YES, and I reckon that's half the problem.



1) If you have this issue, are you in the USA region?

2) Did you attempt to redeem the code after patch 1.03 came out?

3) If you HAVE successfully redeemed a TSP code in the past, does it still show up in your main menu today?



I suspect we've been given American DLC, or the patch has screwed something up, and either/or has broken EA's DRM authentication. (Australian here, purchased last week.)

I'm strongly considering just buying the DLC tomorrow and pursuing legal action as I do feel I'm entitled to it free. It's one of those things where it might cost me more to complain, but it's the principle of the matter really. I already sent a link of this thread to several gaming news sites and would suggest others do the same. If they get enough, they might actually mention it somewhere.

EA have responded to my ticket, and most recently I was told they'd made some necessary changes to my account and that I should be able to see The Stone Prisoner in my DLC list again. Sadly, no change. I look forward to the solution that's being worked on. Thank you, Victor.

OMFG !!! Apologies for my language, but I've just put my Dragon Age: Origins CD back into my PlayStation for the first time in like 2 weeks thinking I'd give a new class a try, as I'm bored with my other games and out of curiousity I decided to check the downloadable contents list and there I saw it ... THE STONE PRISONER!! with the lovely 'Purchased' lable on it, currently it's downloading and just to clarify of course I have not purchased it, only redeemed my code about 2 weeks ago .. Seems this might have actually been fixed!

I hope more will go try their as soon as possibly, and hope that you'll all be met with the same result.

I just decided to try if Stone Prisoner works and I have to admit, that I was a bit surprised that it was marked as purchased in downloadable content tab in-game menu even before Bioware personnel announced here that it's fixed. I'm downloading it atm and I have only redeemed code that came with the game about 2 weeks ago, so hopefully it'll work for rest of us. Cheers Bioware for finally fixing this issue and hopefully everyone will have a great weekend. Out of curiosity it would be interesting to hear what caused this problem.
