Hard to believe, but they really did it finally!!



I just started to download a stone prisoner couple of minutes ago.

I can't download Stone Prisoner either. the other downloadable content loaded fine but the wheel continues to spin on SP...for over an hour now....

So, after a lot of talk with EA, and telling them to get a move on, my Stone Prisoner DLC has appeared to download and is now sitting safely on my hard drive! And I did NOT have to reinstall all my data. If anyone else wants to see the transcript can post it up. Just glad its appeared, or has everyones now? I heard they were working on a fix?

edit: ok, scratch that, posted on the forum in my excitedness, seems to be reports of it being fixed. sorry guys!

Still no kind of fix for me - my redeem code is invalid. Any hints as to what I should do next anyone ?

Similar problem, I was just told that my code was invalid. This isn't good enough.

I had mostly given up waiting for a fix for this after hearing nothing for a week after being told to remove my game data and perform connectivity tests, etc. things I knew wouldn't fix the problem.



After being reminded today about this problem I checked this thread again and saw the reports of success so I tried accessing the downloadable content again. Lo and behold, it's working, I'm just over 50% through downloading the stone prisoner.

I just got my copy today and entered my codes, BOTH Stone Prisoner and Dragon Armor disappeared off my DLC list and now I can't get either. Please help!

I got my codes changed by e-mailing someone at Bioware... All wrapped up for me. Sorry to hear that the other issue is still a problem.

The DLC "The stone prisoner" doesn't work for me either.



I guess I should contact Bioware and whine, yes?

Just popped my disc in for the first time and tried downloading both the Stone Prisoner and Blood Armor. Neither show up on the list of available DLC, and now my coides are invalid. I guess I'm another in a long line of gamers who are getting hosed on this one. I'll try contacting customer service to see if it gets anywhere.

I got hosed, after a week i got a "UNRESOLVED" for an answer. I asked for them to generate me new codes from their office or push the content through. We'll see what the response is

After reading what other wrote I tried to redownload the codes, NO LUCK, I feel I might be cheated of the $15 download and the undownloadable Blood Armor. I have to say i bought a NEW COPY of the game for these downloads and it seems I would of been better buying a used one from a friend for a cheaper price, come on BIOWARE hook me up with some new codes!

Been talking to support through chat and I only get the run-around. Does anyone know a phone number for EA where I can talk to an actual American over the phone who can understand my problem and not tell me to check my registry for a CD key when I'm playing on ps3...



I can't see Shale or the Blood Dragon Armor on my DLC list, but they appear on "my registered promotions." This almost makes me want to return the game...

I have another rep working on the same issue for my second time, hopefully the issue will be resolved, I do not understand why they can not generate 2 new codes in office and email them to me if the ones i received are faulty. i too do not have either in my dlc but am told that the codes are redeemed and to make matter more frustrating i have found both quests for the dlc

Hello! I just bought my DAO copy and I'm having the same problem as the OP, except the Blood Dragon Armor is not working either! My code expires in April 30th! Can anyone help?

I've been having the same problems. EA customer service seems to think that it has to do with loosing connections to the internet (a hint, no). So yeah, I'm probably going to end up trying to return it.

bioware is telling me it is corrupt data utility....I'll try deleting and restoring that, even though i think that is false and it is a procedure....still do not understand why they cannot just generate a new codes in the office for us all and save frustration on us
