I think everyone is forgetting Arl Howe's -true- crime... it wasn't murdering the Couslands. It was not having enough lines. I mean, they got Tim Curry... and wasted it on all of... perhaps two paragraphs? three?
Agreed. Tim Curry made a perfect Arl Howe voice wise though.
But then I love Tim Curry.

On another note, my main character, Gabriel Cousland is willing to give this Nathaniel kid a chance.
I'm going to take things from a role-playing perspective (role-playing in an RPG: madness!) rather than a simple gaming perspective.

I hate Howe enough that if I'm a noble, he will probably die. I jumped on the "Lets kill Alistair" option too xD

Part of the beauty of the game is that people respond differently to things. Like Morrigan, some people thought she was a complete b**** and never followed any options to get to know the character, and many that did get to know her loved her, it's the same in real life, you have options for better or worse, people respond differently to the same things, and walk away with an entirely different experience, that is personal to them.

I don't want a Howe in my party.. I'd rather slit his throat just like his father/uncle/whoever the arl was
Whayt do you think?
I really hope that i get to kill Urtha painfully.. She is a moron and a pathetic fool.
(she is from the calling)
I also hope Morrigan returns, even if she doesn't join the party itself..
I don't really know anything about this nephew of Howe's..is he an exact copy? If so ..he's gonna die in my story.

Well from the comic we already know he is going to be a lot like (His father I think?) from Origins.

Thats the thing, its not his father...........its his uncle..........Nate Howe is a cousin.

"You know, for a second there, I kinda did." - The Warden

I think you mean nephew, a person is there uncle's nephew. I don't mean any disrespect, but people seem to be really confused already.

As a Cousland myself, i don't understand why everyone keeps saying they are going to kill him instantly and not even hear him talk. As far as we know, the dude is confused/brainwashed and really just doesn't know what went on. I hate the Howe's as much as the rest of you, but to not listen to his story, or let the rest of the comic strip play out , and then decide..............come on
This.
My HN got her closure by killing Howe, she's not going to go all (to borrow a phrase) Princess Stabbity Stab Stab on anyone who happens to share his name. Well, not without giving him a chance to prove he's not a complete [feminine hygiene product] first.
And from a gameplay perspective, I look forward to the friction and teh dramaz!
