What scares me the most about this scene is that with so many reapers, and with Sovereign having destroyed so many ships by itself, I am afraid a virus of some sort could be the only thing that could destroy them. Of course, I would be very disappointed if BW decided to end the ME trilogy with a damned virus. Unfortunately, I cannot imagine any other way of defeating that many reapers.

no. We'll just capture one of the smaller ships and fly it close enough to the mothership to upload a virus and disable all their shields. then we'll just instruct our pilots to do KAMAKAZIE missions into their primary weapons.

Seriously though if Bioware ended it through a Virus i would be disapointed. I would want a major ship battle over the supermassive blackhole in the center of the gallaxy "galatic core" where shepard boards the Reaper flagship and sends them into a catstophic overload or into the blackhole.

I was thinking more along the lines of Red Matter, if you have seen the new Star Trek movie. (No, I am not a trekkie, but that movie was amazing for its sheer entertainment value)

I wouldn't worry. If the camera pulled back a little you'd see those were just the new Sea Monkies added to the aquarium In Shep's room. Which means they'll be dead soon.
