Does anyone know how to get the Felons Coat armor at Wade's?  I have him do the first set of scale armor, not the second yet, but the store is still not offering the Fellons Coat.  Is the something I have to do first for Wade's to offer it?

you need to complete 3 treaty quests for it to turn up in his shop

Got it, thanks...only have 2 completed so far but Damn, I want that armor!!!!
