OK, for some reason Mass Effect 2 won't launch anymore. I get the "encountered a problem" pop-up. It says the file is in the Temp folder but the file name changes each time. Right now the name is c826_appcompat.txt. Before it was eb06_appcompat.txt.
Has anyone ever had this problem come up before???
Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but get the same error. ME2 has been running fine until now. (I have the collectors edition)

appcompat sounds like a log file on application compatibility. Can you check this post http://social.biowar...06/index/773925
