I'm glad Mordin is with the crew to defeat the Collectors but I think he'd be the guy to sort out the Quarian's immune system problems.  I'm sure the Quarians would appreciate it anyway.

From my understanding of immune systems there isn't much he can do.  He a geneticist/STG operative, and immune systems aren't genetic.

When did Mordin become the medical-equivalent of Jesus?

Yeah, that.  Mordin's good but he's just one man. If we lose mordin the quarians might well follow.

If one guy could "fix" the quarians' immunological problems, don't you think they would have been fixed at some point in the last three hundred years?

Take it easy.  It was just a passing thought in my head while I was playing that I decided to post.  It's not a big deal.

I think the real holy grail would be to find some sort of treatment that allows Quarians and Turians to eat the same food as the rest of the galaxy without fear of acute food poisoning.
