My right mouse button doesn't work and I would like to change it's
functionality over to the right alt button. I've tried looking through
the in-game settings and both ini files but have not had any luck. And
no, right now getting a new mouse is not an option.

Fell down to page 3 pretty quick... I'll just bump this once and if it still doesn't get any attention I'll figure it out somehow.

I don't think you can. What version of windows are you running? You may be able to use accessibility options to make some keys on the keyboard act as a mouse. OR depending on your keyboard software, setup a macro.

Sorry but I got no idea what a macro is. But I am using Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I'm on a laptop so I have that little touchpad thing at the bottom and I can use the right mouse button on that, it's just a hassle to take my hand off the keys or mouse to press it.

Ok. I've found a solution for you I think. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you an exe that will automatically remap the Right Alt to the Right mouse button when ran. If you'd rather make your own then you can visit here:

Here's a link to my website with an exe to remap it. Of course you can use the above site to make your own macros. The exe I'm linking to just changes the right alt key to the right mouse button when ran.
