I couldn't find a bug report link anywhere, so hopefully the proper eyes @ BW see this. 
Not game breaking, but does need attention:

In the fade, when you go to release Wynn from her nightmare (mage tower questline) she cycles back through her initial dialoge prior to being freed and you have to go through repeating everything all over again before her nightmare is completed.

Ie: You first show up, go through the dialogue telling her it's just a dream - fight the mages that are trapping her - then she starts the first dialogue all over again instead of movein on to the "im fading away" dialogue right away. once you go through it again ( all the way to the point of when the mages would attack) she then gets to her "being freed" dialogue. The mages even speak their parts the second time through, but are not there.

This is on the 360 version.
