I bought my Dragon Age origins får Ps3 about 2 wks ago, and today i tried to install the free stone prisoner download wich was included in the game package when i bought it. 

I do as the note says, i selected "downloadable content", and klicked on the stone prisoner thingy, and then selected redeem code, and entered my code. 

And the funny part is that then the note says that i shall follow the on-screen instructions.


There is no instructions.
The stone prisoner tab is gone in the downloadable content, but there is no instructions or even a hint that it was downloaded.
So why is this?

I live in Sweden, therefore i bought the game here.

If anyone have the same problem, or know what to do, please tell me?

start the game, in the menu you will see download content.if you successfully redeem the code, you will the stone prisoner there and start download it

But the stone prisoner isnt there?

Its disapeared after i wrote the redeemcode...

The amount of threads on this forum all covering the same issue with no comment at all from Bioware is embarrassing, for them!

Just to make things badly.. I've had a 2 weeks Email conversation + a 30 minute chat session with their employees and there still isn't a solution... And they're telling me that even if you buy the game on PSN that you can't download it...



I find it a disgrace that they didn't create a workaround at the very least. It's cheap easy and saves time on solving a potential error that could goble workhours better spend making new content properly.

And I have to say that the Blood Dragon Armor promotion has the same problem... well... I my case at least... I heard it is supposed to show up in your inventory... but where I intered the promotional code, no aparent download and no armor in the inventory... that is most likely.. ennoying...

same here - Dragon armour code excepted on my online bioware account but doesnt appear in my PS3 game content and the Fury of Shale code is invalid while in game but says its already been used on my bioware account?

Haha, crazy. I'm having the same problem. AND, the items that I've aquired in Dragon Age Journeys aren't there either. This is ridiculous...

 the exact same thing here, entered the code, the tab is gone, don't know what to do, spent about an hour with costumer service and they say it's a problem with the servers, that's just awful.

Same here. Entered code for Shale and he disappeared from download content screen with no further instructions. Both codes show on BioWare account but there's no download selection there either. This bites...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

I have the same issue as dabluone, which seems to be a bit different from most problems. Ingame it tells me my code is incorrect while on the website it tells me the code has already been used, while I just got it out of a closed box... anyone? help!

I had the problem where I just could not redeem the Shale code, although there I have just been able to use the Blood Armour no problem.



What gives with the Shale download? All I get is no response from servers?
