The menu item for tech support directs one to the social pages.  I believe that I have succesfully redeemed the vouchers supplied with the game, being:  Shale, Memory Band and Fire Band.  Trivial in the scheme of things but annoying when mechanical stuff does not wotk.

To reach this point I have had to create a second profile.  I would be concerned if i have to create a profile every time I visit the fora,
