Can you be with more than one person at a time? I'm a female character, and I'm with Zevran, but I'm also trying for Alistair and Leliana. And if you can do that, does it make the other characters mad?

All romances (gender depending) can be turned on simultaneously.
About getting mad, just apply real life. Would you get mad if you found out your boy/girl-friend was having someone on the side?
