Does power damage bonus apply to ammo powers too?

If the power damage bonuses granted by armor pieces, or armors, applies to Ammon powers too they can dramatically increase the efficiency of Ammo powers.

Formally Ammo Powers should be consider "powers" belongig to the "combat category".
