When I first signed up with EA it was under a different e-mail account. I used this former account to also sign into the DA servers via XBOX 360. I've changed my account since then and  I am unable to upload my Dragon Age Character with my current account.

Is there a way to transfer all of my DA's character from one account to the other? I tried to see if I could log off of my old account via XBOX 360, but there is no option to do either this or to sign in under a different one.

Characters are tied to personas, which are tied to EA accounts. AFAIK, there is no way to move characters, whereas mostly everything else can be.

Something similar happening to me, though I've never changed my account. I'm on my second playthrough with the PS3 version and, so far, I've only got partial updates of my characters. The avatars, for instance, almost never upload, even if I change my equipment and save the game, as suggested in the FAQ. Also, the profile diagnostics tool on the site gives me the error codes, but no solution for the problem.

Tks! At least now I know the issue's not within my range of solution, so I can relax... I hope Bioware has fixed this in Awakening and my chareacters will upload when I use them there.
