Ok, I'm embarrassed.

But, where did these guys go?  I have completely forgotten where I met up with them and I have a few quests to turn in.

Gah, 5 minutes after posting I finally find it.

Gnawed Noble Tavern in Denrim.

The "Liason" didn't have a quest marker, even though I had some quests to turn in.

At least this way the next person might find it on a search.

There should be one of them in most towns standing next to a sack...

The other thing to do is use TAB.........will highlight the important people easily
