As we continue to try and improve our packaging and delivery of Lithographs we are making a change effective on Thursday. Going forward all Lithographs will be shipped flat in a 10lb flat pack which is the equivilant of 4 boxes strength-wise.

We believe this will reduce about 98% of damages that occur during both the shipping process and packing as we will not be having our warehouse roll the Lithographs. This also means that Lithographs will not have ot be reflatted after they are received.

Our goal is for the Lithographs to arrive in mint condition ready to be framed or hung. Thank you everyone for your feedback. Our apologies to anyone whose Lithograph was damaged.

We're also started working on our next round of Lithographs. There will be four more arrive in the next couple of weeks. One will be a character Lithograph, one will be Citadel Lithographs (there were a number found at the BioWare office that were never shipped out) (these will be of limited quantities and will sell out fast), two other will be announced soon.

Thank you

Wow, that sounds like a major improvement over the currently shipped lithographs. I only wish that the last batch could have shipped in those boxes, but what's done is done. It's a pity that so many of the previous ones were damaged, including two numbered 1/300 that one of my online friends reports as damaged. I'm looking forward to the next batch.

Also, thanks for taking action based on our feedback.

Excellent news - moreso if at least one out of those four is a Dragon Age lithograph.

(With some luck it will finally be that Desire Demon I have seen floating around various galleries.)

oh, just found this thread. thanks for the update, my Garrus and Jack had creases from being rolled up in tubes. thankfully, the creases were on the left side of the image so the characters themselves were untouched. but good to know i won't need to worry about this issue next round. :)

I've ordered lithos twice now from the BioWare store, and both times they were shipped in very sturdy cardboard tubes. This was especially nice since I live in Europe and those lithos have to travel a long way to get to me.

My only complaint was that the lithos themselves were not wrapped in thin paper, so the back side has very minor grey-ish stains from the cardboard tube they were tightly rolled in. Otherwise major props to BioWare Store.

Correction: the problem I've outlined above only applies to my first order. I've ordered 3 Dragon Age lithos, all 3 were rolled very tightly together and stuffed into a very small tube. It took quite a lot of effort to get them out, and only the outermost litho had cardboard stains on it. No structural damage though.

The second order was completely different. I ordered 4 ME2 lithos. Each was wrapped in paper and put in a separate cardboard tube (the same one as 3 lithos from the previous order came in), and all 4 tubes were packaged in a larger box. So the store's packaging has definitely improved.

I've just ordered 4 more lithos (the newest ones) so I expect them to be packaged the same way :)
