"Additionally we will be revealing a new heavy weapon available to all Cerberus Network members very soon. Stay tuned for more info on this new addition to the Mass Effect 2 arsenal, coming this month!"
So my guess would be a new heavy weapon.

If they want to continue making additional content and charge for it, really, it's their right to. Granted some may say concerning DLC "Pff, I ALREADY paid $60.00 for that content" but really you didn't. I don't think we grasp how expensive a project like ME2 really was, despite it's numerous short comings, but to act so self entitled and outraged about DLC I think is a bit too much. It's extra content that they're FINISHING and still releasing as part of official game content, free or otherwise.
Yah, it's that entitlement culture that's ruining the world in general (piracy, politics, etc.). I was happy to buy the boxed Collectors edition after playing ME1 from Steam. I know I've played ME2 way more than 60 hours, so a buck and hour is a pretty good deal in my book. If Bioware wants to nurse us with a DLC every so many months so we play the game even more, we're really just getting even more for our money over the long run.

We can has some more DLC SMG and Heavy Pistols? I'd love those, every other weapon type has about 3-4 kinds at this point. And hey, I liked Bring Down the Sky in ME 1, 5 bucks for a couple extra missions like that, even post game, would be cool.
I agree with Ericson. Would be cool to fill out the last two weapons classes with additional guns. Maybe a slow firing, high caliber SMG (that makes a wonderful fast thumping sound when fired), or a Burst fire pistol.

Soooo....is it tomorrow yet ?
a more important question would be "are we getting the actual weapon and armor pieces tomorrow or just the official announcement that we will be getting them eventually?"
edit: oh and whether or not these extra armor pieces will cost creds.....but it's almost safe to assume they will not

Looks to me like it'll be like having an 'overload' gun, could be handy for non-tech classes especially. Also I wonder what that armor is about? Coming with the weapon I hope: Notice the lack of a helmet? Maybe they are finally adding new armor pieces rather than armor suits that you can't toggle the helmet for?
