 This game has more issues than bg, bg2, nwn and kotor put together and its only been out a week,  was looking so forward to playing this game, finally got past all the character issues and now it locks up, I can see everything just wont respond to any keyboard or mouse clicks. I reload and refight the same areas 3 or 4 times and just try to avoid an area and finally get thru it and 15 minutes later it does it again, after the fourth time I'm ready to just quit. come here to the forums to find a fix and theres so many problems people are having with this game its rediculous.

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't had any problems at all with this game. Runs perfect even after the patch and everything. I'm running Vista Home Premium 32-bit with an onboard ATI Radeon 3200 HD GPU.

Also I'm using a standard boxed edition of the game.

Well I am running windows 7 64 bit and its great while it runs but, I dont know what to do to fix it

i havent had any issues yet either, well it crashed on me once after playing for like 8 hours but thats it.

must be something with your system.

Hrm...probably a 64 bit issue..I have seen a lot of posts about 64bit issues..



I myself ALMOST upgraded to 64bit vista recently but didn't..and glad too. Have had 0 problems with this game..

most of the issues posted here are the same thing under a different name, thats why it looks like there are tons of issues.



the main issues are



DLC not working

Game crashing/running choppy on good hardware

100% cpu load



Then there are a few minor issues that are mostly resolved quickly.

It just seems so random but when i get back to that area it does it again, so it is connected to certain places in the game

The only issues that ive had are with the websites. finally got through the registration and everything and now i cant log in to the toolset wikis. XD

actually come to think of it i never encountered any bugs in baldurs gate one or two either... *headscritchy*
