[ODST Steve]

After talking to EA for almost an hour and a half about a technical problem that could not be resolved I was offered the Incisor Sniper Rifle to compensate for my problem. I gladly accepted the gift but it failed to register properly as  seen here. I was hoping that a dev or moderator could help resolve this issue. I will continue to try to contact EA to find a solution to this problem. Thank you.
