where do you get the new patch? I see no menu option in the game to update it. There is no patch on direct 2 drive (where i bought the game), and I haven't been able to find it on the main website. I don't want to install a patch from somewhere unofficial.
may be a dumb questions but...

Cursor over "My Games" in the menu on the left (under your avatar), a new menu will slide out and "Game Patches" should appear at the top of that menu. However, if you've purchased the game via Direct2Drive I'm not sure if the patch is applicable, you may need a specific patch from Direct2Drive.

its in one of the bottons here on the left hand side....when you create your account here, you can register your dragon age game, basically linking it to your profile here. Once you do that, under "profile">"your registered games", you should be able to follow links to get to the patch.

Actually NO, my bad: it is under "my games", and then you will see "game ptaches" come up. I assume you would need to still link dragon age to your account for the my games option to show the patch..its faster for me to reply than edit my first message up there..hate being net capped.
