Please be kind as I ask my stupid question - this is the first game of this kind I have ever played. While I enjoy myself immensely, I have to ask:

Why do all of the members of my party keep sparkling all over the place?

It looks mostly like the halo that surrounds objects you can interact with. And for the life of me I can't figure out what the hell it signifies. I'm not used to playing games that have no manual to at least explain this sort of basic stuff in the interface.

Please help before this drives me nuts!

party buff of some sort, are you using Lelliana?

If you are using Leilana, she may have activated Song of Courage which is a sustained ability that affects all party members. Unless you change Leilanna tactics or manually turn it off it will stay on. Lelianna is a bard.

Don't worry about it. It's protection.....Sometimes my PC and party menbers glows,drips,change couleurs,and I like it when it happen.....You'll figure out has you advance and experiment with talents and skills......
