Anyone know where I can find the Male Noble ending if I decided to marry Anora and become king?

Are you after YouTube videos? In which case...you know where to look.
That ending isn't any different than if you make Anora queen on her own, other than the text screens that appear after the celebration scene.

That's almost true. The ending for the Male Human Noble marrying Anora is exactly the same as Anora being queen alone except that the epilog alludes to continual (and damaging) power struggles between Anora and your PC. IMHO it's the worst ending in the game (except maybe unhardened Alister alone as king, but then again I can't imagine anyone allowing an unhardened Alister within 10' of the throne).
