FWIW, I've actually had no issues with game performance, but given how much DLC is promoted by BioWare/EA, I'm really disturbed that the majority of DLC is not carried over into the Awakenings expansion. If B/EA really want to turn DLC into a viable business model, this was a really foolish and self-defeating mistake. Please address this in a future patch,at least if you seriously expect us to continue supporting your DLC business model.
I really want to support you good folks at BW, but this has really shaken my confidence on just how much that support will be reciprocated.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M
Direct X 9 is kept updated with the full installlation redistributables as they are released, currently the February 2010 release.
The 1.03 patch was installed by the Awakenings disk. Given all the issues reported with the stand-alone patch, I waited until I had the expansion that included the patch.
Since installing Awakenings, I've not played anything but the expansion, and so far encoutered no issues while playing it after 15+ hours. But please, Bioware, I really hope you will address the issues with DLC if you expect us to continue supporting you in the future.
I'm aware of the unofficial fixes available to allow DLC to carry over into Awakenings, but I'm concerned that those fixes may well be made redundant, or worse, when the next official update is released. My Arcane Warrior was left completely unarmed because she used Starfang. But at least she had her spells... If I had imported my rogue instead, I would have been left fist fighting the darkspawn that open the expansion.
