Dear BioWare.

Please fix this site.  What do I mean?  First numerious issues have surfaced with the people who have joint Dragon Age and Mass Effect accounts.  Half of my links under my profile only show Dragon Age because that was the game I originally had.  My Mass Effect 2 doesn't even show up unless I click on register game and then all of a sudden its registered.  Also, in the top right of the menu there is a nifty little tab that says games.  Under this tab you can access ME2 and DA:O.  Cool, Cool.  Very helpful, until you get to Official DLC.  Now this is a problem.  See I already own the Cerberus Network, The Stone Prisoner, and The Warden's Keep.  But it still give me the option to buy it again.  FIX this.  To many people are complaining on how they bought it twice or three times.  Once it is purchased and registered to my account the only option there should be to download it outside of the game.  Yes.  Download it outside of the game.  Some people don't have internet in there homes and have to take their computer to a cyber-cafe (or something close) and hook up to the net.  Others like myself are deployed soldiers that can only download off of an official US Goverment computer.  (I registered the game while in the states)  Now I know some of you are gonna say, well its under your registered game promotions link.  Yeah it is.  But DLC isn't a game promotion.  Its a mini-expansion.  Plus the DA:O items cant be downloaded from there.  And why have a usless DLC link at the top?  Next, you can't even think about getting Return to Ostagar unless your in game.  Look BioWare/EA.  Securom is a great idea.  I support it, when it comes to the Original game.  But there has to be a more intelligent way to keep pirates from getting your DLC without paying for it.  How about upon purchase of a DLC you send us a key that we use on installation.  One that doesn't require an internet connection or if it does, only once perhaps.  I mean the problem with your current use of Securom is that the pirates are still getting your games and the people that support you and pay for it are constantly screwed with to the point that we have to "Hack" the inf. files just so we don't have to be connected to the net everytime we want to load a save game with the DLC on it.  I hope that some of these issues are resolved by the time ME3, DA:O Awakening, and Star Wars hit the shelves.

P.S.  Please add your own issues to this.
