Downloaded, installed, all looking cool, it's in my Downloaded content tab and enabled. I have Shale in my party so I know my DLC "works" and Warden's Peak looks identical to the Stone prisoner, and Return to Ostagar DLC, installed and checked (enabled) just to prove I'm not missing something obvious.

However when I talk to the guy in the Camp, he says I'll mark the location on your map and he'll meet me there. I know it's supposed to be North West of Denerim, in the Coastlands, no dice...

Is there some trigger event to get there, like finishing some quest or act?

Or is something horked?
