I want to know how to put fire on an area or are file.

fires are visualeffects so it's creating a fire visual effect or drop one that already exist down.

I beleive you have to do it in the level editor. here is a link that shows how to do it sort of

IF you want to be able to turn it on or off, or affect it in other ways, you need to use scripting to apply a fire effect to an object/location that is in the area.
Otherwise you can drop a vfx into the level editer, but it becomes part of the area and can't be affected in game.

But I really need to put it in a area not a level. How do I do this? You see I'm using an existing area template from the game which is the redcliffe castle. I need to add fire to this place.
