ok so there are no fat people in the universe? Did civilization perfect liposuction or is a healthy diet balanced with regular excercise enforced by C-Sec?? Imagine being able to create a fat shepard in ME3, useless, pointless and stupid you may say? but highly amusing..

As I understand it the ME universe has all manner of gene therapies and modifications running around the place, which could quite feasibly eradicate 'fatness' by removing certain metabolisms from commonality.

Or maybe the developers just didn't want to make models for all the different body shapes.

In fairness, that would be a fairly useless waste of disk space, as it wouldn't really add that much to the experience.
