I just bought bioware points and bought all the DLC's.
They aren't downloading though, and they took my points...what the ****?
Can anyone help me with this?

Press windows + R keys type services.msc in the box click ok when window opens scroll down to dragon age click it and in the general tab set to auto or auto with delay click ok and start or restart service close everything click launcher then configure when window finishes loading click repair then clear download cache then close click play make sure you`re logged in then go to downloadable content and see what happens

the scanner in the launcher wont complete to clearn the download cache

sometimes it can take awhile for it to load depending on your system

Try rebooting your computer to see if that makes a difference

Are they listed on your http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page? If so your purchase was successful, and you just need to address the technical problems preventing the download.
Make sure the Dragon Age Origins Content Update service is started before you start the game:
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
If that doesn't solve things take a look at the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ

It doesnt show up on that page, but when I go to my point page it shows that I spent points on the DLC. Im confused.

Are you using the same email address for logging in here, on the points page, and in the game? If yes, I think you'll have to contact EA Support.
If you use a different email address to log into the game then you use to log in here, its likely the DLC purchases got associated with that account, and you would have to log in here with that email address to see them.
