It seems in ME everyone is somehow mixed with something else anyway. My Infiltrator Shepard looks Asian, so I guess that counts.

Yea I suppose there is Emily Wong and the Raman guy in the Citadel but still you don't see anything beyond that. Would be cool if there are gangs cause I'm pretty sure alot of crime syndicates would expand onto the rest of the Milky Way asap. Doesn't even have to be expanded on maybe a codex entry on crime for each race and a side quest.

I'm sure he knows Emily Wong, Maeko Matsuo, Ethan Jeong, Kasumi (should be interesting dlc), Admiral Kahoku, Hana Murakami, and Kaidan Alenko.
Some of these people are asian. Some of them are part asian. I think they have a pretty diverse set of human npcs considering the fact that they have to include aliens as well.

In addition, I would not underestimate his biotic abilities should he choose to lash out on you. His name implies extensive genetic modification by human engineers of Asian descent, as well as association with Kumun Shol's research group. Instead of trying to make a variety of NPC's with different races they instead made them all look like frogs.
In the first mass effect anyway. (would post a picture of Jenna the bartender who has the exact same face of 95% of female NPCS in that game)

That isn't necessarily true. Places like Asia Africa and Europe aren't going to see much genetic convergence.
Mixes would exist but not on a massive scale
