Are there going to be any new hairstyles in Awakening?

I was hoping Bioware would take some of the toolset hairstyles and add them...

yeah, but i think they expected most people to import, so they didnt feel the need to add anything extra for a created character

Yeah! I doubt it'll happen this time round, but here's hoping that's what they do for any of DA's next installments following Awakening.

I'm a slave to character fashion. I really want to see some new base hair down the line.

i agree with you on that, kaiba. most of the games i buy are just for customization, and it really sucks on 360 because i cant even use the things people create on the toolset *weeping softly*

I'm with you Karma, and I absolutely love Dragon Age, I just wish there were more armors/tattoos/hairstyles/etc, to customize.

What we have is cool, but some of the stuff that they've created is amazing.

You'll have to wait for the next expansion, Dragon Age: Barbie Fashion Show.

Certainly hope so. If not, should be able to use the Mods though.

I actually do buy Barbie Fashion Computer Software. They aren't that great. They give you a handful of stuff and that's it. Last thing I brought was iDesign.  I was fleeting fun, you had to buy most of the cards to have a plethora of clothes. I guess little girls didn't like the idea of that. I really don’t blame them.

The only Barbie Software I had a lot of fun with was Barbie Hair Design. They limited how far you could cut her hair but you could color it just about any color of the rainbow. Had nail designs, jewelry, clothes, accessories. I was a little girl then but it was lots of fun.

I had no idea there was really such a game.

I'm not using any mods yet for fear of em not working in Awakening as warned in the Q&A.

But damn I've been drooling over a lot of em - want em now darnit!

Ohhh the good old days of Barbie PC. Believe it or not, Barbie is the most eclectic women you will ever meet. She's a dentist AND an astronaut. Dayum!

No Bioware have a worse punishment for trying to import modded people. You get a big signpost hairstyle saying:

"Lol, you just messed up"

Indeed. However this could have been avoided if Bioware could actually make nice looking haircuts.

I'm hoping that Bioware will incorporate some of the work that the fans have done in future releases, since it is pretty awesome.

question is, why do bioware never try with hairstyles, i mean mass effect, same hairstyles for 1 and 2, dragon age, i could burn through hours playing it, but i really want new hairstyles. and my elf seems to have a dislocated arm, its quite annoying because her head faces to the right on a constant basis. glitch maybe..please bioware, just dedicate a team for hairstyle that dont look rubbish, i mean long hair on dragon age looks .. ehh.less than standard, at least let it extend over the shoulders, seems it would make my elf look more elfish
