I am actually 38 and drug free. I think two other DLCs that are a good example of a lower cost for a lot of content would be Ballad of Gay Tony and also Lost and the Damned. Both practically their own game and not $40! You can get both for $40, $20 each on their own playable disc, and don't even need the original game.  And yes, this is my true opinion.  Don't get me wrong, I like Dragon Age: Origins but still find it hard to swallow that it will be $40.  If I was playing WoW $40 would be ok because some of that content is end game, it is something to work toward, and you might still never see it unless you raid 4-5 days a night.  Plus you always continue to farm for those rare drops.  Same goes for Borderlands.  The game doesn't get stale because your always farming for those better guns.

I think the only reason he's mad is because the topic at hand isn't an issue for other people. I would never dream of spending money on anything related to GTA4 or 5 or whatever it's called now.  I personally see that as a waste of money. You see the value of spending that money on Rockstar's games and expansions, I don't. Simple.

Just because you're not a fan of other game companies games or wouldn't spend money on other games expansions, episodes, or dlc, whatever you want to call it doesn't give you right to sit there and call people trolls and ridicule. You're as bad as the next person who thinks it is ok to bend over and take if from Bioware.  As soon as one company gets away charging $40 for this, every other company out there will get in line to charge way too much for thier crappy DLC as well.  I have my opinions, you have yours, this thread was created to share my outrage at the cost of the dlc. So if it bothers you or you don't have anything constructive to say, bugger off, and leave this post to people who want to call BS.

For the record, the shortened version of "you are" is "you're", not "your". Some examples of proper usage of these two forms:

You also don't have the right to tell us what to do with ours either. I don't care if you pump your money in your veins or up your nose. I have the right to say what I want the same way to do and you can't make us not post. Make your own forum where you have creative control. ~Shrug~

Wait you're comparing ME2 which gives you a shotgun and one single armor set for free to paying $40 for an entire expansion which will probably be 15-20 hours to complete?  You're insane.
