Personally, I dont that armor dosnt look all that new. Some small parts seem so, so its likely new armor pieces, and not a new full suit if it is new.

Just field tested it. It's a very good room broom.
What it does not kill it stuns for a short time.

on higher difficulty levels recharge time kills you. unless you have power armor or tactical cloak on
