But if you see the queen of blackmarsh there's like a bald guy in there in the players party... But I mean... Justice doesn't seem like a person's name...

Justice has free will sort to speak after the archdemon died, Most of the darkspawn were being controlled by the archdemon in origins, But this darkspawn doesnt wish to be part of a mindless horde.

At the end of the game you find out that Justice is infact Duncan that has been turned into a darkspawn but kept his mind intact after the archdemon died so he wasnt being controlled anymore.

Obviously.
We all know that Justice is the new mantle of a ghouled Schmooples fade spirit abomination, trained in the arts of sword and sorcery by the Flemeth-possessed Duncan.

Please bring duncan back!
He was a great character and since his body was not at ostigar we really need some closure on him, Duncan couldnt of died at ostigar because his beard would of protected him from the axe swing.

That is quite seriously the scariest thing I've read on these boards. ~Shudder~

Consider the following:
- Duncan died an off-screen death - we presumed he's dead.
- Duncan's corpse is suspiciously missing in Return to Ostagar.
- The Architect most certainly would not kill Wardens, but take them with him and turn them into darkspawn.
- Fernando Melo described the ogre as having "potentially killed your mentor".
