@OP;
I've heard good things about BC2's multiplayer. If you're getting it, however, I suggest you wait maybe a week or so because EA DICE have had a lot of server issues due to the incredibly high (I think one figure quoted was 400% more simultaneous demand than any other BF game so far) number of players/sales. If it's not sorted now then it should be within the week I'd guess.

Confirmed by a few friends of mine. I initially pre-ordered BC2 from Steam but got a refund... then bought Awakening and Supreme Commander 2 for the same money off game.co.uk. So...

BC2 is about £10 cheaper on Game, I think. Steam are really sucky with pricing ATM.

They are indeed. At first I figured I'd get BC2 and Supreme Commander but Awakening was about 10 pounds cheaper and I wanted that too... so. :P

But game.co.uk is shockingly cheap. Steam on the other hand is quite expensive.

I would go for BC2 if you are into multiplayer, as that could really extend your enjoyment of the game. Otherwise if you wanna get a neat looking JRPG (yeah I said it) you could check out Resonance of Fate. I think it comes out the same week as DA:A though :P. Still, it looks pretty cool.

Ugh, tell me about it.
DoW2: Chaos Rising is £30 on Steam
DoW2: Chaos Rising is about £20 on Game (or is it £18 - could be Play.com)
DoW2 Gold Edition is £30 on Game (or is it £35?)
It's completely ridiculous.
Luckily, Awakening is only £5 more on Steam (£15 Amazon vs £20 Steam), but I'm tied into getting the Steam copy. Go me...

Apparently not, and I don't really want to risk it.

Uhgg stay away from Bad Company 2, online is pretty damn buggy and the game is just poor.

Chaos Rising is more expensive than Awakening for you?

Weird, Chaos Rising was 22 USD from Amazon and Awakening was 38 USD from Amazon for me.

Count yourself lucky you are not on PS3. We are freaking swamped and there is no way I can afford the time to play everything I want to get! And Uncharted has me by the *** lol
